Shipping policy

1. Where we deliver
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt.

2. Delivery charge
A flat EGP 100 per order, anywhere in Egypt. Nothing is added at the door, and the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

3. How long it takes
2 to 4 working days from the moment your payment is confirmed. That includes the engraving. Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays.
If a busy season means your piece needs longer, we tell you before we start work on it.

4. Collecting from the studio
Choose Pick up at checkout and collect your order from Totem Gift Studio, 34 Ibn El Nafis Street, off Makram Ebeid Street, Nasr City, Cairo. We message you on WhatsApp as soon as your piece is ready and agree a time that suits you.

5. Tracking your order
We send you the courier tracking number on WhatsApp the moment your order is collected from our studio. You can also ask us at any time on WhatsApp +20 10 55 999 395 or by email at hello@totemgift.com.

6. Your address
Please check that the delivery address and the phone number are correct at checkout. A wrong or incomplete address is the most common reason an order arrives late, and delays caused by the courier or by incorrect details are outside our control.
