Shipping policy

1. Delivery areas
We provide reliable delivery to all governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt.

2. Order processing & production time
Because every item is custom-engraved to your design specifications (no minimum order), our lead time is split into two phases:
Phase Time frame Notes Production time2–3 working days Required for laser engraving (fiber or CO2) and quality checks. Time begins upon successful payment confirmation. Shipping time2–3 working days. Time taken by the courier to deliver after production is complete. Total lead time 4–6 working days Estimated total from order placement to delivery.

Note: Production time can be longer during peak seasons (e.g., Eid, Mother's Day, graduation season, New Year). We will notify you of any delays upon order confirmation.

3. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your specific governorate and the weight of your order. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.

4. Delivery & receiving your order

We use trusted third-party courier services across Egypt.
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking notification via email or SMS.
Please ensure the delivery address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.
Totem Gift is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or by incomplete or incorrect customer information.
