1. General conditions
By accessing or using the Totem Gift website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2. Products and services
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display the colors, materials, and finishes of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be precise.
3. Order acceptance
Your order confirmation, received via email, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason.
4. Personalization & engraving
All personalization on Totem Gift products is applied via precision laser engraving — fiber laser for metal items and CO2 laser for leather, wood, glass, ceramic, and fabric. Engraving is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once a customized order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You are responsible for the accuracy of the personalization details (spelling, design, dates) submitted with your order. Totem Gift will engrave items exactly as approved by the customer.
5. User conduct
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our service or products without our express written permission. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
6. Limitation of liability
Totem Gift, operated by TePee - X, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if Totem Gift has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
