Because every item is custom-made to your design specifications (No MOQ), our lead time is split into two phases:

This time is required for printing, engraving, and quality checks. Time begins upon successful payment confirmation.

Shipping Time 2-3 Working Days Time taken by the courier to deliver the order after production is complete.

Note: Production Time can be longer during peak seasons (e.g., Eid, New Year's). We will notify you of any delays upon order confirmation.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated based on your specific location (Governorate) and the weight/volume of your order.
• The final shipping fee will be clearly calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.

4. Delivery & Receiving Your Order

• We utilize trusted third-party courier services across Egypt.
• Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking notification via email or SMS.
• Please ensure the delivery address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.
• Totem Gift is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or by incomplete/incorrect customer information.
