Handmade, one set at a time. Every piece of the Ember set is shaped and glazed by hand, so the speckles, the sheen and the small marks of the maker's hands are never quite the same twice. No two sets are identical, and yours is the only one exactly like it.

A black pottery tea set for long, slow evenings. The round teapot sits on its own warming stand: place a tealight in the opening at the front and the tea stays hot at the table for as long as the conversation lasts.

  • The teapot: handmade, with a rounded body in a speckled black glaze with a soft iron-like sheen, a short spout, a knobbed lid and a flat black arched handle.
  • The warming stand: a matching handmade black pottery stand with a wide front opening that holds a tealight candle under the teapot.
  • Four cups: handleless, shaped by hand in smooth matte black, with a gently flared rim and a small foot.
  • Ready to give: it all comes in a black rigid gift box with two stitched leather-look carry straps.

Because each set is made by hand, small differences in glaze and shape are part of its character, not flaws.

The tealight candle is not included.

1. Where we deliver

Everywhere in Egypt. You can also collect your order from our studio in Nasr City, Cairo.

2. How long it takes

Every piece is made to order: engraved, checked and packed before it leaves us. Delivery is within 2 to 4 working days, counted from the moment your payment is confirmed. Orders you collect are ready in the same 2 to 4 working days.

Around Eid and the new year it can take longer. If that happens to your order, we tell you.

3. Shipping cost

EGP 100 anywhere in Egypt, shown at checkout before you pay. Collecting from our studio is free.

4. Receiving your order

  • A courier delivers it and calls before arriving, so please leave a phone number that reaches you.
  • You get an email the moment your order leaves us, with a tracking number when the courier gives us one.
  • A delay caused by the courier, or by an address that is incomplete, is outside our hands.

5. Returns

Personalised pieces are engraved for one person, so they cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Pieces that are not personalised can be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you approved, tell us within 48 hours of delivery: we cover the return shipping and either remake it or refund you. What if I make a typo?

Nothing is lost — we send you the engraving on WhatsApp before we start, and you can change anything at that point.

Do I see it before you engrave?

Yes. We send you a picture of the engraving and wait for your approval; only then does the laser run.

Can a personalised piece be returned?

A piece engraved with someone's name cannot be returned unless it is faulty or our mistake — then we remake it or refund you. Pieces without engraving can be returned within 14 days.

I need it fast — is that possible?

Message us on WhatsApp before you order and we tell you honestly whether we can make your date.

Where do you deliver?

Everywhere in Egypt, or collect it yourself from our studio in Nasr City.

Does the engraving wear off?

No. The laser removes a layer of the material itself, so the mark is part of the piece — washing and time do not take it off.
