1. Where we deliver

Everywhere in Egypt. You can also collect your order from our studio in Nasr City, Cairo.

2. How long it takes

Every piece is made to order: engraved, checked and packed before it leaves us. Delivery is within 2 to 4 working days, counted from the moment your payment is confirmed. Orders you collect are ready in the same 2 to 4 working days.

Around Eid and the new year it can take longer. If that happens to your order, we tell you.

3. Shipping cost

EGP 100 anywhere in Egypt, shown at checkout before you pay. Collecting from our studio is free.

4. Receiving your order

• A courier delivers it and calls before arriving, so please leave a phone number that reaches you.
• You get an email the moment your order leaves us, with a tracking number when the courier gives us one.
• A delay caused by the courier, or by an address that is incomplete, is outside our hands.

5. Returns

Personalised pieces are engraved for one person, so they cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Pieces that are not personalised can be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you approved, tell us within 48 hours of delivery: we cover the return shipping and either remake it or refund you.
