2. Order Processing & Production Time
Because every item is custom-made to your design specifications (No MOQ), our lead time is split into two phases:
This time is required for printing, engraving, and quality checks. Time begins upon successful payment confirmation.
Shipping Time 2-3 Working Days Time taken by the courier to deliver the order after production is complete.
Total Lead Time 2-3 Working Days
Note: Production Time can be longer during peak seasons (e.g., Eid, New Year's). We will notify you of any delays upon order confirmation.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on your specific location (Governorate) and the weight/volume of your order.
- The final shipping fee will be clearly calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.

- Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking notification via email or SMS.
